CS IT Solutions Ltd offers support services to customers who have signed a maintenance agreement contract. Customers can contact the support team through the company's telephone operator and their issue will be directed to the support person in charge. The support person will document the customer's problem and if it is a known issue, the customer will be provided with a solution. If the problem is unknown, the support manager will be informed and take the appropriate action. The support team will keep the customer updated on the status of the problem and once a solution is found, it will be communicated to the customer. The company uses secure internet support software to remotely connect to customer servers or computers and investigate reported problems. In addition to telephone, the company also accepts support inquiries via fax or email. If the reported problem is complicated, the support person may request that the customer sends evidence of the problem via email or fax to investigate the problem fully.
